Today, is my dogs birthday. I’ve had him since i was 5!! which makes him 16 years old! yup he is an old fart but i love him more and more every day. He’s grouchy and old and sick but i love him no matter what. I don’t know whether he will be with us next valentines day so i’m blessed to have him this year <3

I spent most of the day away from home today, (school + work) but Fuffys knows how much he means to me and how much he is loved. 
After my long busy day, i did however spend my valentines day night with my best friend of 13 years. He’s been my valentine for many years, pretty much almost every year. Another person i am so blessed to have in my life.We’ve been through so much that it’s insane how we’ve still remained friends. i always cherish his friendship and how much he means to me. I love him, i really do. He is family to me and will always be.

BOTH part of my life, and part of my FAMILY. I love my family and i love them. And although today is a ‘lovers’ day to celebrate and i always seem to dread Valentines day, I realized how beautiful this kind of love is. How much i can love my family, how much i can love my pets, how  much i can love my dearest friends. This is the kinds of love i celebrate and i believe in.
